Loved the food and the atmosphere. Great French fixed priced menu, close to the chamblis fort, and by the lake. Good service and great food. Last but not the least, fantastic beer. Highly recommended, probably the best meal you can have around Fort Chamblis

Very nice view and setting

Food is good and tastes even better when you factor in the surprisingly reasonable prices. But its their expansive terrace by the lake that is the crown jewel os this establishment. If you happen to be around in the summer, don't miss it!

Try sitting by the back windows as to appreciate the views of the Richelieu river.The food and service was just ok, nothing for me to rave about. The plate presentation for good desserts was nice...therefore, left on a fairly positive note.

Stopped here on my way to Montreal and I was very impressed by my visit. We dined for lunch and were seated outside on the nice patio overlooking the water. My group ordered a few pitchers of beer and some lunch items. The grilled cheese was the standout and was crispy and extremely flavorful. We also ordered some appetizers and a few pitchers of the Unibroue beers and were very impressed. The service was friendly and overall the price was reasonable. I'd certainly return if I visit Montreal again.

Went to have the brunch buffet for 28$ a person.Ambient: great decorations indoor. But I believe outdoor terrace is better as it has a nicer view. Indoor is also really noisy. Not recommend for romantic event.Food: for 28$, quality is similar to Allo Mon coco or Ben and Florentine. Meat session should be avoided as they are all overcooked and dry. Croissants okay. Dessert ok. Overall, not many variety. Not really worth for 28$.Service: good. Came refill coffee and water fast. Cleaned up dishes quickly

Cozy, nice view, suitable music, good service but I don't like the food

The salad was oversaturated with dressing. The only vegetarian option was underwhelming (pasta with vegetables) so I opted for something else. Otherwise the meals were good but not up to our expectations. Service was ok but felt understaffed. Live music was the best part of the experience. Nice view of the water from the terrasse.

Food was delicious and they serve only Unibroue beer!

I love this place. Very knowledgable waitstaff who can tell you all about their beers and food pairings. Wonderful chefs with a great take on classic Québécois meals; a beautiful, cozy atmosphere, and fantastic location. Ask for a table by the water; so romantic! A little pricey, but worth it.

Our dinner here was the highlight of our trip. All of the food was superb and reasonably priced for such an elegant setting. We had a large group but were still met with enthusiasm and kindness by the staff. The service was at a relaxed pace, we did wait a while for our food. But this was a big social occasion for our family so we were happy that the meal lasted a long time. Plenty of drinks and incredibly great bread was provided while we waited. Don't expect to get in and out of here quickly. This was a lovely dining experience, just relax and enjoy! We ordered the tasting flight of beers and then chose the ones we liked best. Absolutely incredible. And don't pass up the desserts- they were phenomenal! Oh and another plus for our group that was not fluent in French- English menus were provided!

Had lunch here twice in the last couple of weeks...the food was so well prepared and presented there is nothing to say but fabulous. Nice terrasse but a better view on the main floor. Recommended!

I meet friends in this place from time to time! This is my favorite spot to to have a good dinner. I go there at least once a month. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and the cost is good. I like being in this place for a tasty lunch.

Been here a long time ago and remembered the food and service to be excellent. After a long hiatus, I returned for a Saturday evening meal. There were 2 weddings going on at the same time. Loud, no parking, and we were seated basically in the middle of a wedding party. They should have just closed he restaurant for the evening to accommodate the 2 weddings. The waiter seemed distracted, couldn’t explain the menu easily, and they informed us because of the wedding, there was no more bison. This eliminated a few of the dishes. Food was good, nothing to write home about. Probably would not return.

Really excellent food in a beautiful location, but be careful of what the hours say online.We went for Sunday dinner and online on their website it said dinner starts at 3pm, but when we showed up at 3:15 they told us that there would be no food until 5pm. We were able to get a drink downstairs and eventually some limited appetizers and desserts (starting at 4) but dinner was not available until 5pm.The food we had was excellent, and the selection of Unibroue beers were fantastic. These came in some of the dishes as well, and they had pairing recommendations for the beers and food.Well worth the trip!

You can come here for dinner, lunch or breakfast and have a great experience. With the views of the bassin it's actually quite a relaxing experience with a good unibroue in hand.

The brunch is absolutely amazing! The menu items are also very good. There is an incredible view.

Good restaurant with French / terroir cuisine. Place is vast there's a terrace outside with limited view I find that the inside place by the window offer better view. Staff is friendly pricing is a bit high but the quality of the food is great. Their brunch are the best. A few steps way form Fort Chambly

Had one of the best brunches I had in a long time. There is a huge assortment of both hot and cold items to choose from. Everything I tried was either good, tasty and a few items were even great. Brunch is served in two sittings. They also offer a complete selection of breakfast beverages. As Chambly is well known for their local brews they have a mimosa like offering using their 'Blanche' beer. Normally brunch is 27$ per person however we found a deal on Tuango which was 32$ for two. Would I pay full price, probably as I think it is well worth it.

I went for a wedding ceremony. The building itself is very nice and the location (Right on the water) makes it very picturesque. Can't say much about the food because it was a fixed menu, but I did enjoy what I ate

Great place for a beer with a view. They have a store inside the restaurant for the Unibroue brewery.

This is a must for brunch. I was pleased with the variety of items in the buffet. The staff was friendly and made sure we enjoyed our time there. The decor is rustic and situated along the water at one of the parks entrance. This was my first visit and already looking forward to my next one.

Lovely restaurant with excellent service and outdoor seating. They have a great beer selection and the food is very reasonably priced.

Beautiful building, you will enjoy the view and the food at the same time. They need to replace the second floor larger window to the original classic one. A modern window does not work on a classic building.

I call this excellent place every couple of days because I love the special air that is outline this restaurant. The crew is awfuly welcoming and professional. The service is remarkablywonderfully rapid. Most important, the food they prepare is excellent. I frequent many times and I was always happy. The price is fair. I highly suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

Delicious food and a Unibroue store.

We went there on a sunny summer Sunday morning. We had the buffet brunch. The buffet was average. They were supposed to start at 1000 but they were late and started 30 minutes later. But was was really great is we ate outdoors, near the water. This was really nice. Prices were correct. I recommend this place for a sunny morning brunch. Come early so you can have one of the best spots near the river.

Very low quality food for Sunday brunch. And quite pricey for the value offered. Actually NO FRENCH food at all - just usual american breakfast buffet style and not enough....Many restaurants around offer much better food. Service is not great either. I will not return.

Great restaurant featuring local foods in a nice setting on the lake. The patio outside is nice (except for the wasps later in the summer). The brunch is awesome. Location fantastic.

Beautiful place with a view in front the lac and amazing service

I had a beautiful wedding at this restaurant. The staff, location, decoration and food was perfect! A special thanks to Nancy, Dianna and Frederic for making the day memorable. I highly recommend this place.

The service was very basic at best. The food was not very hot. The onion soup was very salty. At this price I was expecting a lot more.
